Compensation: Basic + high commission

Responsibilities

  • Manage full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling, and consulting to closing.
  • To maximize selling opportunities through new clients by calling qualified prospect.
  • To execute sales plan to achieve sales target.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • To own, plan and drive sales & sponsorship approaches, design sponsorship packages, determine pricing and be accountable for meeting target.

Skills/Experience

  • Have a strong proven track record of sales and/or business development in this field.
  • Have worked within a similar role for a minimum of 2 year.
  • Have own leads and able to generate new clients.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities. Independent and highly motivated.
  • Possess the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
  • Have excellent selling and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English skills and being multilingual is a bonus.
